Where do you ship?

We ship across Lebanon. Delivery is a flat $5 and typically arrives in 3–4 days.

How can I pay?

Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish. Pay the way that's easiest for you.

What diameter is your filament?

All EmberForm filament is 1.75 mm with a tight tolerance of ±0.03 mm, on 1 kg net-weight spools.

Which material should I choose?

Start with PLA for everyday prints, PETG for tougher functional parts, and ASA / PA6 / PC+ for engineering and outdoor use. See our full Materials Guide for print temperatures and best uses.

How should I store filament?

Keep it sealed with desiccant in a dry place. Moisture is filament's enemy — especially for Nylon (PA6), PVA and PC+, which absorb water quickly.
