Returns & exchanges

Unopened spools in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Reach out and we'll arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.
